1. Digital learning products
Because courses, workshops, toolkits and downloads provide immediate access to digital content and resources, refunds are considered on a limited basis as set out below.
2. Refund window
Where a refund is available, requests should be submitted within the stated period after purchase and before a substantial portion of the content has been accessed.
3. Downloads and templates
Standalone downloads, templates and toolkit files are generally non-refundable once downloaded, as they cannot be returned.
4. Technical issues
If you cannot access your purchase due to a technical fault on our side, contact us and we will resolve access or issue a refund.
5. Coaching and corporate bookings
Coaching sessions and corporate training bookings are governed by the cancellation terms agreed in the relevant engagement agreement.
6. How to request a refund
Refund requests can be submitted through the contact page with your order details and the reason for the request.
