1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing learning from CoachTAC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are for individual use and access should not be shared.
3. Learning access and licence
Purchasing a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content and use its downloadable resources for your own development.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, workshops, toolkits and downloads remain the intellectual property of CoachTAC and may not be resold, redistributed or republished.
5. Certificates
On completing a programme, learners receive a CoachTAC Certificate of Completion. This confirms completion of the programme only and does not represent accreditation by any external body.
6. Coaching and corporate services
One-to-one coaching and corporate training are provided under separate engagement terms agreed at the point of booking.
7. Changes
We may update programme content, platform features or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered learners.
